IT Service Management Platform - Coming this Summer

We're excited to introduce a new way OSU IT is providing IT services and support to the OSU community, using a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that will go live in phases this summer. The platform, powered by ServiceNow, is designed to improve how OSU IT handles requests and is a significant step towards providing equitable and consistent support, improving service delivery, and increasing customer satisfaction.
