FAQs

Yes. Please submit a request to begin the process of generating an estimate.

We support a wide range of campus events, including lectures, panel discussions, ceremonies, performances, and special announcements. If you're unsure whether your event can be live streamed, reach out and we’ll help assess your needs.

Live C.A.R.T. (Communication Access Realtime Translation) captioning can be added to your stream to ensure accessibility and compliance with university standards. This service is available at an additional cost and must be requested well in advance. Our team will coordinate with you to determine the best captioning solution for your event.

We recommend submitting your request at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning. For high-profile or complex events, more lead time may be necessary. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, our ability to do so depends on resource availability and the complexity of the event.
