Poll Everywhere Account Setup

Once you create a Poll Everywhere account you can use OSU Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in. OSU employees are granted presenter accounts, which allows them to create and respond to polls. OSU students are granted participant accounts, which allows them to respond to polls. There are two ways to set up a Poll Everywhere account: 

Method 1: You can create an account by first going to the Poll Everywhere website:

1. Click log in in the top right corner
2. Enter your OSU ONID email; click next.
3. Click log in with Oregon State University.
4. On the next page, confirm your name and ONID email, and click Sign up for my Poll Everywhere account.
5. Follow the prompt and complete the OSU single sign-on process.

Method 2: To access Poll Everywhere from Canvas, click the Poll Everywhere link in the Canvas course menu, then follow the prompt to complete account setup. The process is similar to the one outlined above. Please note, this will only work if Poll Everywhere is enabled in the Canvas course navigation menu by the instructor.

1. Navigate to the ServiceNow "I Need Something" Request Form and log in with your OSU ONID credentials
2. Complete the form. Be sure to select Service Desk in the IT Group dropdown list in the form
