Wireless Network
Stay Connected with OSU Wi-Fi
At Oregon State University, it's easy to stay connected with our Wi-Fi networks. Students, faculty, and staff can use their ONID credentials for a secure connection on campus and at other participating schools. Guests can use the Visitor network for free internet access for up to four hours.
Whether you're studying, teaching, or visiting, OSU's Wi-Fi keeps you connected to what matters most.
Quick Links
The following wireless networks are provided at OSU locations:
- OSU_Secure
- Eduroam
- Visitor (not available in residence halls)
- OSU_Unsecured (available in residence halls only)
The OSU_Secure and Eduroam networks are configured the same way and provide access to the same resources with one exception: the Eduroam network also allows users to connect to Eduroam at other participating institutions. For this reason, we recommend OSU students and employees configure their devices to connect to Eduroam.
