Technology Services

The Oregon State University technology community provides various technology services. To access a comprehensive list of services and guidance documentation, click on the “Employees + Students” menu option above to visit the new Technology Intranet site. Here is a sample of some of the most popular services.

Box

Box is one of Oregon State University's official cloud storage platforms. With Box, you have a single place for everyone to collaborate, share and learn — while you manage and secure access to your content.

Canvas

Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise) is your everyday Artificial Intelligence (AI) companion, providing AI-powered chat for the web. Whether researching educational topics, analyzing data, or looking for inspiration, Copilot gives users access to better answers, greater efficiency, and new ways to be creative.

University employees and currently enrolled students at OSU can enjoy an additional benefit: access to the Data Protected version of Copilot. By logging in with their OSU credentials, users can use Copilot with commercial data protection, ensuring that their conversations are secure, and that Microsoft cannot access any customer data.

DUO

Duo two-step login is mandatory for all Oregon State University students and recent graduates, including Ecampus. Sign up for Duo to begin protecting your account.
